Sustainable employability.

In the context of health and vitality, we recently completed a vitality program within the Van der Linden Group in cooperation with Apployee!

This consisted of a vitality measurement, personal report & training on the following topics:

  • Healthy lifestyle
  • Nutrition
  • Motion
  • Stress and workload
  • Alcohol and smoking

The training was translated to the daily work environment of the driver, warehouse worker and office worker, among others.

Each employee also received a personal login to an online platform with tips and videos on nutrition, exercise, stress and relaxation.

Almost every employee indicated that they would like a repeat measurement because they have made a conscious effort to work with the results from the personal measurement.

In short, a great success!

We are extremely proud that we have been able to contribute to raising awareness among our employees. We also strive for a good work-life balance within the organization.

Our 2023 pillars to increase sustainable employability are off to a good start!
